Best Oils for Breast Massage

Breast Massage OilBreast massage is a very important part of a successful breast enlargement routine but dry massage is not recommended as it can be uncomfortable and not good for the delicate skin around the breasts. You can use water and/or soap in the shower to help hands glide smoothly over the breasts but using an oil is best for breast massage. There are a number of natural oils that you can use, each with its own benefit. Below are five oils that are popular in the natural breast enlargement community for breast massage.

Borage oil 

Star flower oilBorage oil (aka Starflower oil) is taken as an oral supplement by many NBE’ers as part of their natural breast enlargement routine but many of these women also use borage oil for their breast massage. Borage oil has some of the highest levels of GLA (gamma-linolenic acid) which is said to regulate hormones and is beneficial to NBE. It is also good for the skin and helps to relieve PMS symptoms.

Borage oil is generally found in the form of liquid gel caps but you can easily snip the capsules with some scissors and squeeze out the oil. You will probably need about 2 caps per massage session, depending on size of capsule and massage area.

 

Evening Primrose Oil

Evening PrimroseEvening Primrose Oil is another supplement that is taken orally by many NBE’ers as well as used for breast massage. It is similar to Borage oil in that it contains GLA but in lower amounts. EPO is generally found as liquid gel caps but NOW foods has EPO available as a topical oil in a bottle.

 

 

Coconut oil

Our favorite oil to massage with is coconut oil because it is not too thick and not too greasy. It also has a very light scent, depending on which brand you buy. Coconut oil is excellent for the skin as it is easily absorbed and it is also an antibacterial and antifungal but be careful as some people have complained that it clogged their pores. Some people have claimed that massaging with coconut oil has helped them grow bigger breasts.

 

Olive Oil

olive oilExtra virgin olive oil (yes, the kind you cook with) is good for moisturizing the skin and great for breast massage. It is easy to find and there are so many options available to fit anyone’s budget. If you choose to use olive oil, be sure that it is cold-pressed and hexane free, if possible, as these are the least processed, most beneficial forms of the oil. Only down side in our opinion is that olive oil is thicker than oils like coconut oil which can make it messier to use. Some people have complained that olive oil has an unpleasant scent as well.

Cocoa Butter

cocoa butterCocoa butter is the vegetable fat extracted from the cocoa bean.  Cocoa butter is popular because of its moisturizing and skin healing properties. Many NBE’ers use cocoa butter because it is inexpensive and is available in bulk which is great for those on a budget.  The smell of cocoa butter can be a little strong but there are a number of brands available that contain a light or no scent variety.  Another bonus of using cocoa butter is that it is said to help prevent and reduce stretchmarks which many of us may have on our breasts due any number of reasons including puberty or pregnancy.

These are just a few of the popular oils that NBE’ers use as part of their breast enlargement routine. Try them out and see what works best for you. You can massage with just the oil or create a “boobie batter” by adding herbal extracts like fenugreek or pueraria mirifica for added benefit.

 


Possible Side Effects of Bovine Ovary and Ways to Minimize Them

Acne - bovine ovaryLike many things NBE, everyone’s body responds to bovine ovary supplements differently. Some people report experiencing a number of side effects when taking BO while many others report no side effects at all. So what are the possible side effects of taking bovine ovary and how can you minimize them?

Acne

To put it simply, BO stimulates the pituitary gland and causes your body to go into “puberty mode.” Similar to going through puberty as a teen, one common side effect of taking bovine ovary is acne.

If you experience acne from taking BO, it is recommended that you increase your anti-androgens. You can easily do this by drinking spearmint tea. If you have a bad case of acne, try adding saw palmetto to your regimen. Some people have reported that taking MSM and collagen also helped to clear up their skin.

Yeast Infection

Smelly vaginal odor is another side effect of bovine ovary reported by a few NBE’ers. It appears to be similar to a yeast infection but usually goes away on its own after a few weeks. Others have reported experiencing a full on yeast infection as a result of taking BO. Some ways to prevent or minimize this is to take vitamin C which will help raise the pH in your system and should inhibit yeast growth. Another option is to take Acidophilus which is a “good bacteria” and helps to keep everything in check down there.

Additional Side Effects

Additional side effects of taking bovine ovary for breast growth include moodiness, weight gain and disruptions is your cycle. Some women have reported longer periods while others have reported that their periods got shorter. Some reported heavier periods, others reported lighter. So if you experience a change in your period as a result of taking BO, you shouldn’t be too alarmed.


As previously mentioned, you may or may not experience any of the side effects mentioned above while taking bovine ovary. If you do experience any unwanted side effects, try lowering your dosage or taking a break and doing a cleanse. If the side effects persist, you may want to switch to another natural breast enlargement method like herbs. A number of NBE’ers who experienced side effects while using BO, reported successful breast growth from herbs and vice versa.

Whether taking BO or herbs, always start out slowly with small dosages and work your way up to the full dosage. This will give your body time to adjust and minimze the potential for side effects.

Some say that soy lowers thyroid function which is not good for NBE but others say that the isoflavonoids found in soy are beneficial to breast growth. Many NBE’ers in Asian countries drink soy milk as part of their NBE routine. We recommend doing your research and deciding for yourself if you would like to add soy to your routine.
  • Shatavari (asparagus racemosus) is a species of asaparagus found in India. It a popular phyto-estrogen used in ayurvedic medicine for breast enhancement and is said to be very effective.

  • Flaxseeds contain some of the highest amounts of phyto-estrogens.  It is generally taken as a flaxseed oil supplement.  The flaxseeds are also ground up and added to smoothies and other foods like salads.

Phyto-estrogens and Cancer Risk

There is some debate on whether or not phyto-estrogens cause cancer. Some believe that the type of phyto-estrogens found in herbs like Pueraria Mirifica can help prevent cancer while other believe that any type of phyto-estrogen has the potential to feed cancer cells.

Tips for Success with Pueraria Mirifica

She grew 3 cup sizes in 2 years (!) using PM as the main component of her breast enlargement routine. If you are thinking about following in the footsteps of Chiyomilk and giving Pueraria Mirifica a try, here are some tips to maximize success.

Cleanse

Before starting your PM regimen, you will want to do a liver cleanse to clear out your estrogen receptors so that they are operating at 100%. Though you may have never taken an estrogen supplement, there is still a chance your receptors may be overloaded as many products and foods contain even small amounts of phyo-estrogens or chemicals that affect your hormone levels. Over time, it can build up and when your estrogen receptors are overloaded, they don’t respond as well. Here is a simple and inexpensive liver cleanse you can do – Milk Thistle Cleanse for NBE.

Consistent Flow

Divide your PM dosage into two or three equal dosages. Either split between a morning and evening dose or morning, afternoon and evening dose. When you take it all at once, a majority of it is processed out of your body and wasted.

Calcium

Cycle

If you choose to cycle pueraria mirifica, you will want to take PM only during your follicular phase as your estrogen levels are naturally high during this period. During your luteal phase, your estrogen levels are naturally at their lowest so you will want to stop taking PM during this time.

Progesterone cream

Take Breaks

You can expect to be on pueraria mirifica for at least 6-9 months, maybe even longer. It is highly recommended that you take a break a few times during your journey. This means stopping PM and all supplements you are taking as part of your natural breast enlargement routine. While on your break, it is a good idea to do a liver cleanse. This will give you body a break and the cleanse will reset your receptors so your body is working optimally at receiving and processing all the active ingredients in the supplements you are taking to grow breasts.

Massage

Breast massage is an absolute must during any breast enlargement program. Whether your routine consists of pills, pumps or creams, massage is a must even if you can only squeeze in just 5 minutes a day. The Chi Breast Massage is super easy to do and only takes a few minutes a day. But – if you are wanting to kick it up a notch, below are two additional techniques you can add to your breast enlargement routine.


 

Knead Some Boobs

Hand position:     Both hands focusing on one breast at a time.

Instructions:

  1. With left hand, glide from outer side of left breast towards the nipple in a horizontal motion.
  2. With right hand, glide from bottom of left breast up towards the nipples.
  3. Repeat, alternating hands in a smooth continuous motion.

Duration:              One minute on each breast.


 

Cleavage Push

Cleavage-push

Hand position:     At the same time – left hand on left breast and right hand on right breast.

Instructions:

  1. Cup breasts in each hand.
  2. Gently push up and in towards your chin.
  3. Hold for a few second then gently release.
  4. Repeat motion.

Duration:              10 times or more

Notes:                   It is recommended that you perform this technique every time you remove your bra to help get the blood flowing back in your breasts.

  • Your breasts are very delicate so be gentle on them.
  • Avoid the nipples as they are delicate and sensitive.

Herbal breast enlargement can require some experimenting to find the right balance of hormones that will trigger your body into growing breasts. This may include taking a mix of phyto-estrogens, phyto-progestins, and/or anti-androgens. But what are these things and how do they affect breast growth? Below is a breakdown of each, including how they affect breast growth and what herbs contain that property.

Phyto-estrogen

Phyto-estrogens are plant based estrogens that mimic human estrogen. Phyto-estrogens are found in many herbal supplements and in foods we eat. In terms of natural breast enlargement, they are generally taken to increase estrogen levels in the body as estrogen is a key component for breast growth. But do be aware that too much estrogen is not good. Herbs that contain phyto-estrogens include:

  • Pueraria Mirifica
  • Fenugreek
  • Hops
  • Ashagawanda
  • Shatavari
  • Red Clover
  • Licorice

Phyto-progestin

Phyto-progestins are taken to increase progesterone levels. Progesterone is another key component in breast growth and is responsible for the formation of the glands in the breasts.  Herbs containing phyto-progestins include:

  • Licorice root
  • Damiana leaf
  • Oregano
  • Fennel Seed
  • Red Clover
  • Chasteberry (Vitex)

Prolactin

Prolactin is another important hormone in breast development. Prolactin is naturally produced by the body during puberty and pregnancy but can also be produced by the body when nipples are stimulated. Herbs can also be taken to increase prolactin levels such as:

Androgens

Hormone Tests

If you are interested in doing NBE right, the best place to start is by getting a hormone test. The tests can be a little pricey but they will save you time with having to figure out what you need/don’t need and what works/doesn’t work.

With a hormone test, you be able to see where your levels are currently which can help direct your routine. You will know where you are low and where you are high and be able to take herbs accordingly. For example – if you are high in estrogen and low in progesterone, you will want to up your progesterone by using a progesterone cream or taking one of the herbs listed above.

Borage Oil – Benefits for Breast Enlargement

Borage Oil Breast EnlargementBorage oil is a favorite among many who seek natural breast enlargement. It is taken both internally and applied externally by NBE’ers as part of their breast enlargement routines. So what is borage oil and how does borage oil benefit breast growth?

Borage is also known as starflower because of its beautiful blue, star-shaped flowers. It is native to the Mediterranean but grows in other parts of the world. Borage plants are edible and eaten fresh or as a dried herb. The seeds are used to make Borage Seed Oil, better known as Borage Oil or Starflower Oil. Borage oil is rich in essential fatty acids including Omega-6 and Omega-9. It is especially rich in the fatty acid gamma linolenic acid (GLA).

Benefits for Breast Enlargement

Borage oil is taken by NBE’ers because of it’s high GLA content. The fatty acids, like the ones found in borage oil, are essential for aromatase activity – conversion of testosterone to estrogen. Borage oil also contains phytoestrogens and has traditionally been used to increase milk supply. It also balances hormones which is beneficial to NBE.

Borage Oil vs Evening Primrose Oil

Borage oil and evening primrose oil are used similarly in NBE. Both are taken internally and used externally for breast massage. NBE’ers generally take one or the other but not both together. Some NBE’ers prefer borage oil because it has a higher GLA content than EPO. The average GLA content in borage oil is 20-27% while EPO only averages about 7-14%.

Some NBE’ers prefer EPO because it is less expensive than borage oil yet still effective. Some people also believe that EPO is safer than borage oil as high amounts of borage oil is said to be toxic. But borage oil is safe for the most part as much of the toxic chemical is processed out during manufacturing.

Additional Health Benefits

Besides increasing milk supply and regulating hormones, borage oil is said to be beneficial to the skin and is used to treat dermatitis and eczema. It also used to relieve PMS symptoms and lower blood pressure.  Borage oil also contains anti-inflammatory properties and is used to relieve pain and swelling.

Where to Buy

Borage oil can be found in local health food stores as well as online. It is usually available in a liquid capsule form only so if you plan to use borage oil for breast massage, you will need to break open a capsule or two to massage with. Unfortunately, the oil is not available in a bottle like EPO is.

Borage Oil and Toxicity

The borage plant contains a chemical called pyrrolizidine alkaloids (PAs).  PAs are toxic and when taken internally, PA’s are said to cause liver damage and even cancer.  Borage oil can be created PA-free during the manufacturing process so when purchasing borage oil, check that it is labled PA-free.  Do keep in mind that no borage oil is 100% PA-free but they are under the limit for safe consumption.  You would need to take hundreds of pills per day to experience any harmful effects.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, it is recommended that you do not take any borage oil.  There is not enough research on the safety of borage oil during pregnancy and breastfeeding at this time.

 

Estrogen Dominance – Could It Be Keeping You From Breast Enlargement Success?

Estrogen-DominanceEstrogen dominance – When I first heard the term, I thought it meant your estrogen levels were out of wack and your body was spewing out excessive amounts of estrogen, when in fact it basically means that you have no or low progesterone to balance out the estrogen. So you can have little, normal, or excessive amounts of estrogen but if your progesterone levels are low or nil, you are estrogen dominant.

How Does One Become Estrogen Dominant

There are a number of ways one can become estrogen dominant. Pretty much just living on the planet can make you susceptible to becoming estrogen dominant. We are constantly exposed to xenoestrogens, or chemical compounds that imitate human estrogen.

Xenoestrogens are in many of the foods we eat. Many of the fruits and vegetables we consume can contain xenoestrogens due to the pesticides and herbicides they are sprayed with.

Xenoestrogens are also found in a majority of plastics, cosmetics, soaps, shampoos, furniture, car exhaust, and the list goes on. So unless you live in a bubble, there is chance that you have some degree of estrogen dominance. It is believed that about 50% of women in the western world that are over 35 years old are estrogen dominant. It’s easy to see why.

But it’s not just our environment and the foods we eat, good ‘ol stress and excess body fat can cause estrogen dominance as well.

How To Tell If You Are Estrogen Dominant

There are many symptoms of estrogen dominance.  Most of the symptoms arise because of the brain and body being overstimulated by estrogen.  Below are just a few of the symptoms.

  • low libido
  • irregular periods
  • bloating (water retention)
  • mood swings (irritability and depression)
  • hair loss
  • foggy thinking
  • fatigue
  • insomnia

How Does Estrogen Dominance Affect Natural Breast Enlargement

Many of the natural breast enlargement supplements out there focus on increasing estrogen levels to grow bigger breasts.  That may work for some people but estrogen dominance may be the key to why so many people fail at natural breast enlargement.  

Natural breast enlargement is a delicate balancing act and important for successful breast growth is the estrogen/progesterone balance.  If you are estrogen dominant and adding more estrogen to your system, it can cause you to stall out.  Your estrogen receptors become overloaded and no longer respond.

What You Can Do

  • Visit an endocrinologist (specialist in the endocrine system and hormones).  They can give you a blood test to check your hormone levels.
  • Order a do-it-yourself hormone kit online.  You simply take a saliva sample and mail in to a lab.  This is a good option if you don’t have health insurance but DIY hormone tests are still a bit pricey depending on how many hormones you test for. They can range from $50 for a 1 hormone test to $315 for a 10 hormone test.

Failing at NBEWhile it is absolutely possible to grow bigger breasts naturally, the sad truth is, many people will fail. Much disappointment will be experienced as well as time and money wasted. There are many reasons one might fail but I believe there are three core reasons for failure.

Don’t Know Enough

Many people believe that natural breast enlargement is just taking some pills everyday and that’s it. Wouldn’t it be nice if it were that easy. Unfortunately, it is not. Before diving into a natural breast enlargement program, educate yourself. There are so many aspects of natural breast enlargement that can make or break your success. You will also learn what realist expectations are for growing breasts naturally and won’t be disappointed if you don’t see any signs of growth within two weeks.

It’s so tempting to just jump right in and try something that sounds good but take a little time.  This site was created to be a resource for you so go learn! It will save you time, money and disappointment in the long run.

Don’t Give it Enough Time to Work / Give Up Way Too Early

We live in time of instant gratification. We want it and we want it NOW! If we don’t see results in a week or two, we’re on to the next thing. Unfortunately, natural breast enlargement takes time and a lot of patience.

Yes, there are companies that promise bigger breasts in 30 days but they are selling false hopes. What Determines Breast Size?

What determines Breast SizeBig breasts, little breasts, tear-shaped or round. Our breasts are as unique as we are and no one has the exact same pair. And for most of us, the breasts on our body aren’t even identical. One side may be smaller than the other, saggier than the other, unique in their own way.

So what determines breast size? Is it our mothers and the other women in our family aka genetics? Is it the foods we eat? Breast size is mainly determined by genetics but there are additional factors that may contribute to one’s breast size (and shape).

Genetics

Genes affect every aspect of your body – your height, your hair color and breast size to name a few. In fact, genes are said to be the biggest contributing factor in the size and shape of your breasts. The way your breasts look and feel actually come from both sides of your family. So genes from your mom and genes from your dad contribute to your breast characteristics. If your mom is a C cup, there is a good chance you will be around a C cup but it is not guaranteed as there are so many other factors that may cause your breasts to be bigger or smaller.

Ethnicity

Ethnicity can also be a contributing factor to breast size. Asian women generally have naturally small breasts (averaging a B cup) while Eastern European women generally have bigger breasts (averaging a D cup). Of course there are always exceptions as there are plenty of European women with naturally small breasts and Asian women with naturally bigger breasts.

Hormones

Hormone levels during puberty can contribute to breast size. Breast growth takes a delicate balancing act of estrogen, progesterone, prolactin, testosterone and growth hormone. If this balance if off, it may lead to breasts not developing to their fullest potential.

Tips for Success with Breast Enlargement Pumps

Use plenty of lube

It is important to have good suction in order for the breast enlargement pump to work effectively. An easy way to ensure good suction is to use plenty of lube. Just be sure to put plenty on your breasts before putting on the domes. If you experience “farting” sounds when pumping or the domes are not staying on properly, you may not have enough lube on your breasts to help create a nice seal.

Stay hydrated

There are a number of formulas online to calculate what is the proper amount of water to drink to stay hydrated. The simplest formula is to drink half your body weight in ounces. So if you weigh 130 pounds, you should be drinking 65 ounces of water each day.

Staying hydrated is important to natural breast enlargement as a whole but especially important to a breast enlargement pump routine. Keeping hydrated will help your breast swell long after you take off your domes which in turn helps with achieving permanent results sooner. Massage and Heat

Below are the many topicals used for breast enlargement.

They come in a number of forms but are generally lumped into the category of breast enlargement creams. Not matter the form, they serve the same purpose and each carry an active ingredient that is used to help breasts grow. Most creams, lotions, serums and gels contain a mix of breast enhancing herbs or just one herb like Pueraria Mirifica. Some contain the active ingredient Volufiline or Voluplus which help to increase the size and number of fat cells in the breast.

Other than active ingredients and formulations, there are no major differences between creams, lotions, serums and gels other than physical characteristics. Creams and lotions are generally white while serums and gels are generally clear and thinner in consistency.

Though many breast enlargement creams may claim a cup or more increase in breast size, the percentage of active ingredient in creams are generally low and will not cause significant breast growth if used alone.

Breast Massage OilOils

Though there are not many oils that are especially formulated for breast enlargement, oils are a popular addition to breast enlargement regimens. Oils are generally used to make boobie batters or homemade breast enlargement mixes to be used while massaging the breasts. Oils such as borage, evening primrose and coconut oil are mixed with herbs or herbal extracts to create these homemade mixes.

Oils are the preferred topical for breast massage by many NBE’ers because the consistency of the oil allows the hands to glide smoothly over the breasts during the massage. Another bonus of oils is that they don’t absorb into the skin as fast as lotions and creams do so it makes it an ideal product to massage with.

Masks

There are no breast masks on the market that are specifically formulated for breast growth. Like boobie batters, breast masks are made in the kitchen. They can be as simple as smashing a banana or mixing dried herbs like fenugreek with an oil and leaving on your breasts for 20 minutes then washing off.

 

Breast-Enlargement-Soap

Soaps
As surprising as it sounds, there are soaps that are especially formulated for breast enlargement. Like breast enhancement creams, soaps contain a mix of breast enlarging herbs or a single herb like Pueraria Mirifica. Just lather up and leave on your breasts for a minute or more then wash off. Boobie-Power-Smoothie-mainOver the past few months I have become obsessed with smoothies. They are so easy to make – just throw everything into the blender and wah-la! I pack them with nutrition so it’s also an easy way to get everything I need in “one meal.”

My morning smoothie is my favorite.  I’ve tweaked it a little for you to make it a Boobie Power Smoothie!

Ingredients
½ – 1 Banana
5 pcs Strawberries
5 pcs Green papaya (cut into cubes)
2 cups Milk, soymilk, coconut water, whatever liquid you desire
1 serv Protein powder
1 serv Collagen powder
1 serv MSM powder
1 serv Flaxseed (ground)
1 serv Spirulina
1-2 tbsp Coconut oil
1-2 tbsp Almond butter

Throw everything into a blender.  Blend until smooth.  Use more or less of what is listed or you can take it out completely.  There is no right or wrong way to make this smoothie.  You can also add a handful of spinach or kale.  If you need it to be sweeter, you can also add some stevia or sweetener of your choice.  I personally think the bananas add enough sweetness.

Note – for many of the items listed it was just easier to put one serving since the actual amount (ie 1 tablespoon, 2 tablespoons, etc) will vary from brand to brand.

Smoothie Tips

Frozen fruits – all the fruits in my smoothie are frozen. It’s just easier and they keep longer. Plus there is good variety available all year long.

Green Papaya – I buy them fresh at the Asian grocery store. I cut the papaya into cubes, freeze and take out as I need it.

Bananas – I’m picky when it comes to bananas. I only eat them fresh if they are still a little firm and are just turning yellow. I refuse to eat them when they start getting dark yellow and if they have any signs of brown, no thank you! That’s when I freeze them for my smoothies – no more wasting bananas! The bananas really help with the flavoring of the smoothie and adds natural sweetness.

Smoothie-measuredPre-measure – Every Sunday I measure out all the powders, coconut oil and almond butter and put them into 5 small containers (example pictured on the right). This cuts down on a lot of my smoothie making time throughout the week as all I have to do is dump the container into the blender.  I don’t have to measure each item out every time. This can also be done with the frozen fruits if you like.

 

Managing Expectations When Growing Bigger Breasts

Wouldn’t it be great if it was easy to grow bigger breasts? What if all we had to do was take a pill and wait a few days then wa-la, breasts! Unfortunately it’s not like that with NBE. Like a beautiful flower, breasts take time to grow. To expect anything less is a bit ridiculous. It takes time to grow muscles and flatten abs when working out, so why would we think growing breasts would be any easier and take a shorter amount of time?

People should go into NBE with realistic expectations so they don’t get disappointed if things are not happening as they thought it should. There are many companies and books selling the idea that breasts can grow in 4-6 weeks. Sure, you might see signs of growth, a little swelling here and there but is the growth permanent? And how much can you really expect to grow?

Results May Vary

As we all know, everyone is different and respond to things differently. Our genes, overall health, diet, and a number of other factors can determine if we are fast responders or slow responders or if a certain breast enlargement program will even work on us. So don’t get discouraged if someone is having amazing growth and that same method is not working for you. Instead, use that success story as inspiration, another example that it is possible to grow bigger breasts naturally.

How Long Does it Take to Grow?

Once again, we are all different. Some of us will be fast responders or people that experience breast growth or signs of breast growth in a short amount of time. Some of us will be slow responders or people who take a little longer to experience results. No matter which type of responder you are, be patient with yourself and the process. Give your method plenty of time to work. The rule of thumb is to give a method at least 3- 6 months. To experience the most gains and ensure that the growth is permanent, 9 month to a year, even more is recommend.

One way to cut down on the time is to be consistent with your routine and do it every single day. Missing a day here and there is ok but when you start missing days at a time, you are setting yourself back. Each day you do your routine, you are building on top of the previous day. When you miss, some of that build up goes away and you have to start building back up again which can cost time and money in the long run.

How Much Can You Grow?

If you commit to your routine, you can expect to grow at least a cup. There are women who have been super committed to their routine and grew 2 or 3 cups in a span of years.

Signs of Breast Growth

Depending on how you respond to your routine, you might experience signs of growth within a few weeks, other within a few months. Here are some of the signs of growth you might experience  –

  • Itchy breasts and/or nipples
  • Sore breasts and/or nipples
  • Breast fullness

If you don’t experience any of these signs, don’t stress too much.  Just because your breasts are not itchy or sore, it doesn’t mean that you are not growing.  And if you only experience these symptoms for a short period of time, don’t think that you’re breasts have stopped growing.  Everyone experiences growth differently so it’s hard to say how your body will respond.

  • Cost – One of the major deterrents for breast implants is the cost. Sure, you can get implants for a couple thousand dollars which may still be outside of some people’s budgets, but to get a good set of implants you will most likely need to spend $5000 or more.
  • Possibility of complications – Breast implants require a surgical procedure which can result in possible complications. Also an inexperienced or even experienced doctor may “botch” the job and cause the need for additional surgeries or permanently deform your breasts.
  • Pain / recovery time – With any surgery, there is pain and recovery time involved. Not just the pain while you heal but you are also required to massage your breasts during this time to help soften your breasts and prevent scar tissue from forming. Massaging your breasts during this time can be extremely painful.
  • Scars – In order to get the breast implant into your body an incision will need to be made and depending on the skill of the doctor and/or location of the incision, the scar can be minor or more noticeable.
  • Replacements – Breast implants do not last a lifetime. They will generally need to be replaced every 8 to 15 years which will result in more money spent, additional pain and recovery time, and the possibility of complications and additional scar tissue.

  • Time commitment – The biggest con for NBE is the time commitment. Once a breast enlargement program is selected, you will need to dedicate time and effort every day in order to see results.

Book Review: Dr John Lee’s Hormone Balance Made Simple

Dr Lee Hormone Balance BookDr. John R. Lee was an expert on hormone replacement therapy for women and his hormone balance test has been a popular tool among NBE’ers for many years.  Many women have used his simple test to uncover hormone imbalances they didn’t know they had and have used the information to improve their breast enlargement routines.

Besides his popular hormone balance test, Dr. Lee is also known for authoring numerous books on hormones and over the weekend, I finally had an opportunity to read one – Dr. John Lee’s Hormone Balance Made Simple: The Essential How-to Guide to Symptoms, Dosage, Timing, and More

First of all – it is a great read and I highly recommend getting a copy for yourself or checking it out at your local library. Every person should have a better understanding of hormones as they affect every part of us. In his book, Dr. Lee shows why balanced hormones are essential to the overall health of women. Unbalanced hormones can lead to a variety of health issues including cancer.

Dr. Lee starts out with explaining the key female sex hormones – estrogen, testosterone and progesterone – which are also hormones that play a key role in natural breast enlargement. He also explains the difference between synthetic hormones and bio-identical hormones and explains how each are made. I had no clue that many synthetic hormones are made from horse urine!

Dr. Lee goes on to discuss his “Three Rules for Hormone Replacement Therapy” which include:

Rule 1: Use hormones only if you need them
Rule 2: Use Bio-identical Hormones Rather Than Synthetic Hormones
Rule 3: Use hormones only in doses that create hormone balance

In his book, Dr. Lee expands on the hormone balance test that is found on his website. Parsley is also a mild emmenagogue and as a result, parsley tea is a simple method used by many to induce late periods. But before you try this method, please be sure that your period is indeed late and that the delay is not a result of pregnancy.

Turmeric

Turmeric is a spice commonly found in Indian cuisine, especially curry. It is also a popular supplement to take because of its many anti-aging and medicinal benefits as well as its high concentration of the antioxidant curcuminoid. As for NBE, tumeric is used for its hormone balancing properties as it is said to increase the body’s natural production of progesterone.

Sage

Sage is a herb that has a strong flavor and is a good source of vitamin A and vitamin K. Sage leaves, as well as sage oil, have an estrogenic effect and can be beneficial for those who have low estrogen levels. Sage is commonly used to relieve menopausal symptoms but research has shown that sage may also help to improve memory.

Sesame seeds

Sesame seeds are used for their hormone balancing effects in a process called seed cycling, which is used by women to regulate their menstrual cycle. As part of seed cycling, sesame seeds are taken during one’s luteal phase.
